Day 27 at day's end

Feeling a bit anxious.

I tend to forget what I wrote earlier - I mean, if I write something then have to fluff around deciding whether I really want to say such and such, and decide to run with it, I then forget the butterfly tummy-ness of it. I think it must be that the muscle memory of the words belong with an inkling of a worry that I must walk away from. There are better ways to spend time than in worrying.

On the other hand, occasionally I get the feeling I was less than moderate.
So far, in my public diary, I have briefly taken down one post to tweak. It was the one about a woman with a heavy yoke. I wanted to go easier on her, just in case she is a fragile feminist.

Just looked back on my growling at the ODT.

Earlier today I missed a call from Steve Hepburn, ringing from his desk. His message was for me to ring back.

We had a funeral, so Darryl was with me when I later checked the message.
Yeah, nah, we both thought that I shouldn't ring back. This didn't seem like a journalist calling about a campaign opportunity.

Yes, you did owe me an apology.
In writing, in the ODT.
How can you think it's ok to ring me with an apology, when this is already in the public domain?
Are you a professional, or something else?

If it was to intimidate me - get lost.
If it was to try getting my sympathy as you explained your pathetic reasons for changing my work - ditto.

All Us Moderates are fed up with you mainstream media.
I think there is a great chance that I am representing the Majority during my campaign.
I wish you could just be a nice ordinary Kiwi.

We thought ODT was a bit better than the rest.
I was shocked that you changed my words and meaning.

Righto then - since you know who I am.
Let's keep running after fresh news.
It is now too late for me to accept your apology over that little matter.

Go out and find covid jab injured Kiwis to interview and then report to us all.
Also, report the truth regarding the February Parliament Protest, including exposing the lies and omissions of Stuff and all the others.
And, find several alternatives to Michael Baker and give those experts some attention.
Then, find a medical doctor in the hospital who is ready to blow the whistle too.
And, tadada dah...do a series about how Te Ao is a religion and is written into government policy.

Those are five issues off the top of my head that I need from you, as one who belongs with All Us Moderates, before I could be bothered having nice thoughts about you again.

Yes, can't not fight back Not all things are possible without a fight They say that insanity is doing the same things over and over and hoping for a different result to the usual bad outcome. Over and Out I really want this blog to wind up. In Summary - I am sick of the corruption in our beautiful country. Who are the trustees of Radio Southland who destroy speech and thought? Darren Ludlow Rach Bailey  Peter Thompson of SBS Sheree Carey of Chamber of Commerce Anne McCracken of women's clubs,   and others who add secrecy to silence. I must now record that an old friend Val Johnston ignored me regarding her friend Anne McCracken's involvement.  And, regarding another matter of corruption - Invercargill's Stephen Aldridge, a man I cannot think about, got a mention within my campaign diary. I must also add that new acquaintances Ron and Rosalie Schischka, retired Baptist ministers, prefer deceit to the truth. I told these Kiwis enough is enough.  Ron's private musings?  "You're lovely".
